Drop rate from vaettir is pretty consistent for any festival. I generally figure around 50-60 per hour for any given festival drop.

As for skeletons, there is an enforced wait of 60 seconds between captures. When my buddy dragged me down there to farm them last year so he could get his survivor title, I think we averaged about 6-8 minute capture runs (not taking into account the time it takes to turn in all the skeletons later).

But I think we got more than 3 skeletons (maybe 4 or 5) per run.
